Sunday

Sunday early morning on our way to the local “dog park”. It became a ritual to us over the summer to roll outta bed very early just to get to that place early enough to have it to our self. This is even more important than my first coffee of the day. That has to way til afterwards. ^..^

Touch of Fall

September arrived! When I was a kid, September was the time to get out the warm cloths. It would get noticeable cold and very rainy. Nowadays the summer is kinda still in full swing. Sure, sunsets are early and in the morning it takes the sun much longer to climb over the horizon, but the days are still sunny and very warm. Still, most fruits are ready to get picked now, like these hips. You can turn them into tea or dry the whole fruits as snacks for dogs and horses. Rich on vitamin C and other good things.

Stone Guardian

There is this private garden at the end of a small street. It hidden behind a high fence plus a giant hedge, so you can’t really see it, but you can catch small glimpses here and there. They have place different stone sculptures around the garden, like little gargoyles on the garage roof. This huge stone eagle is guarding the garden facing the street.
