Touch of Fall

September arrived! When I was a kid, September was the time to get out the warm cloths. It would get noticeable cold and very rainy. Nowadays the summer is kinda still in full swing. Sure, sunsets are early and in the morning it takes the sun much longer to climb over the horizon, but the days are still sunny and very warm. Still, most fruits are ready to get picked now, like these hips. You can turn them into tea or dry the whole fruits as snacks for dogs and horses. Rich on vitamin C and other good things.

They have place different stone sculptures around the garden, like little gargoyles on the garage roof. This huge stone eagle is guarding the garden facing the street.
