Also known as Rhododendron. It’s an ancient plant that goes back to the tertiary. Word wide there are 1150 species of Rhododendron, which of 10 are origin in Germany. The word Rhododendron originates from Ancient Greek and translates to Rose Tree.
Still young chestnut. Red blossoms are kinda rare to our area. They recently cut away quite a few of her branches. They where reaching far over the fence down to the sidewalk. It was kinda magical.
