Even after 18 years there are still areas I haven’t discovered. And this is really not a big township. The first duck babies arrived and raise the cuteness level to 500.
He seems to be this years bachelor or his nest is really well hidden on this meadow somewhere close by. He is always here, every single day, casually wandering around, looking at people, posing for photos.
The front yard where these are growing belongs to a very old, very sweet lady. A lot of the flowers I post here grow there. Last week, when I was taking pictures of the snowflake from yesterday, she noticed me hovering over her flowers. She came out and I explained to her what I was doing there. And then she invited me into her garden, which is hidden away a tall wall. I didn’t want to be rude, so I didn’t take pictures except of one, but I wish you could see that place. A little paradise even with a small fish pond.
Or just Snowflake. Just two years ago I would have walked past this cutie and mistake it for a Lily of the Valley. Taking photos for my blog made me to pay attention to the very small details. I learned a lot about plants the past years. I hope you share my passion for learning. Have a sunny day.
