Same street, different tree, This is one of those ancient apple trees we got here in our area. These trees are very tough, they carry a lot of very small very sour but still very aromatic apples. They are awesome for apple pie in the fall.

Now, I’ve watched this bud for weeks, waiting for it to finally open and it just refuses. Now we had some nasty weather which didn’t help and it still didn’t pop and now it’s too late. Just imagine the beauty we are missing out.
