This lake is man made. It is about 60 years old. When they developed this part of town they made and named it after the great US President. There is a tiny island in the middle which serves as breeding ground for countless birds. I actually grew up here. We didn’t live here but my mother owned a pet shop very close by.
Photo wise I was just after this beautiful blooming tree, that tunnel just sneaked in. =p I have no idea why they had put it there because that street isn’t busy at all, pedestrians and bikers can safely and easily cross. I guess they just needed to waste some more tax money before the years end. An nope, it’s not haunted, just dirty.
