Our local farmer’s store always has really pretty and unique decoration for their entrance. At this time they are selling pumpkin in all sizes and forms and they even took the time to carve one. It turns out really cute, doesn’t it? The origin of the Jack O Lanterns is in Ireland and originally the Irish would use turnips (pumpkins where unknown to Europe at that time).
We got up very early today (6 am) and where out for an early walkie before 7. It was still pitch black outside, nobody else was around. It had a bit of a Sleepy Hollow vibe, just right for Halloween.
This beautiful feline was guarding the little bridge between the nature reserve and the university. She granted us free passage after handing over a treato.
