Damn, Friday already! How on earth did that happen so fast? Where did the week go. When I was a kid, a week took an eternity to pass, nowadays it just zooms by. Anyways, what are your plans for the weekend? Anything fun? Adventures? Just chillin? Well since we’ll have rain every day this weekend we’ll just chill, knit, munch a lot of treatos and other yummi stuff and have a good time in general.
This lake is man made. It is about 60 years old. When they developed this part of town they made and named it after the great US President. There is a tiny island in the middle which serves as breeding ground for countless birds. I actually grew up here. We didn’t live here but my mother owned a pet shop very close by.
This was last week. Winter clinging to power, putting a thin layer of ice onto the lake. Well, what happened just 4 days later, I’ll show you tomorrow. Have a pawtastic day and be safe. ❤
