It is actually too hot for long walkies. Not only is the sun burning like a bunny on crack, the ground also is too hot for dog paws. The risk that she would hurt her paws before we get to the nature preserve where the path is save for paws is way to high, so we just went out for potty and the back to the AC inside. Steaming hot here in Germany. The water is so dull from all the pollen of the trees around. So it’s not polluted the fish just can’t eat any more of that stuff.
I’m deeply grateful that we live in a peaceful country, with a somewhat decent government (and not a fucking maniac who ambushes peaceful countries just because he can), with friendly neighbors who share our values, where I can speak my mind about our government freely without ending up in jail. We are blessed with an abundance of almost everything and nobody destroys our homes or threatens our lives.
