Nope! That is just our city authorities wasting energy by lighting up the local school on an early sunday morning like the sky line of New York at new years eve. They keep telling us to preserve energy since the Russian scumbags invaded Ukraine, but they keep dishing it out like there is no tomorrow. The small light you can see there in front of the tree line is Ami with her own little collar lantern.
People around here say “There is no bad weather, just the wrong clothing.” Well, obviously my dog has the right clothing. She took the time to sit down in the pouring rain to flirt with strangers.
